As the Director of Technology in Portfolio Operations at Capital One, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead high-performing product and business reviews focusing on capacity, prioritization, and delivery performance.
• Establish and maintain a roadmap of strategic initiatives including OKRs and individual project timelines.
• Collaborate with product partners to ensure alignment in planning and execution.
• Oversee the quality and organization of portfolio management events for optimal performance.
• Develop and inspire a team of program managers, providing clear guidance to achieve strategic goals.
• Utilize exceptional problem-solving and influencing skills to drive organizational change.
• Encourage innovation and the implementation of advanced technologies across teams.

This role is based in McLean, VA, with a competitive salary range of $226,000 - $257,900. For Richmond, VA, the salary ranges from $205,400 - $234,400.
