The Role : As an Account Executive, you will be supporting the Account Director with the day-to-day client relationship and serve as a trusted advisor on an experiential account with a luxury automotive client.

Experiential expertise and a passion for luxury and automotive are our most desired characteristics. You must have been involved in helping to plan a variety of corporate events, understanding the detailed planning, budgeting and rigor that is required prior, during and after each event.

But your expertise mustn’t stop there. How is your digital acumen? Your ability to identify content opportunities? A well-rounded background is necessary to create work that maximizes opportunities and builds participation brands.

You may at times need to flex across multiple clients, so you’ll need to understand prioritization, particularly when on the road - travel is definitely a part of this role.

Responsibilities : Be a trusted advisor for our clients, helping to plan upscale events from ideation to execution. Be a thought leader with our clients, able to make your voice heard in the room.

Dissect client briefs, understand the insight and help plan the creative or strategic process. Develop the quality of the briefing documents so that the creative team gets excited at the opportunity to work on your projects.

Recognize the learnings from each campaign the team has worked on and share the information with the team as appropriate.

Lead the charge in delivering your KPIs related to projects you lead Be an ambassador for Iris. Communicate the Iris vision in an articulate way when talking to colleagues, clients and suppliers.

Work to foster a collaborative culture between everyone in the agency. Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or Advertising;

or equivalent work experience 1 to 2 years experience working in corporate events luxury and automotive preferred. Onsite experiential program experience from development to delivery Consistent, quick and effective onsite management skills.
