Experience & Technical Expertise
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing email marketing campaigns and lifecycle programs, ideally within a regulated industry such as banking, insurance, or asset management.
- Proficient in enterprise-grade email service platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, or similar tools, with a strong understanding of platform capabilities including segmentation, dynamic content, and automation workflows
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into email strategies, including campaign planning, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
Creative & Journey Mapping Insight
Knowledge of how creative assets and copywriting influence user engagement and drive Behavior across the email journey.Experience managing nurture programs, triggered campaigns, and multi-step journeys that align with customer lifecycle stages and business goals.Ability to collaborate with creative teams to ensure messaging consistency, brand alignment, and personalization across touchpoints.Regulatory & Compliance Awareness :
Proven experience working in compliance-sensitive environments, with a strong grasp of risk management protocols, legal review cycles, and data privacy regulations (e.g., FINRA, SEC, GDPR, CAN-SPAM).Skilled in navigating internal review processes including stakeholder approvals, legal signoffs, and audit documentation.Comfortable working with compliance teams to ensure all communications meet regulatory standards and institutional policies.Project Management & Execution :
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
