What You’ll Do :
- Source, screen, and select candidates who align with the company’s mission and values
- Proactively identify and engage passive talent through networking and research
- Build sustainable talent pipelines to ensure high-quality hires and improved time-to-fill metrics
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices
- Deliver a transparent and engaging experience to hiring managers and candidates
- Use data and market insights to drive improvements in hiring process and candidate experience
- Promote the company’s employment brand through social media and networking efforts
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experienceExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (Workday is a plus)Ability to travel up to 15% as needed based on business demandsPrior experience recruiting for facilities-related roles (e.g., electricians, mechanics, engineers)
