ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST POSITION SUMMARY
The Accounts Receivable Analyst position supports the Franchise Accounting functions by maintaining and updating the A / R aging and provides regular collection status updates for management. The analyst will be responsible for billing and collections of multiple brands, as well as sales reconciliations as necessary.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collect franchise sales data
- Process payments and cash application
- Review weekly aging report and address accounts 30+ days past due
- Prepare and organize documentation necessary to collect past due payments
- Follow-up to ensure all actions are completed in order for payment to be made
- Assist in improving A / R processes
- Compile the Accounts Receivable Aging report for distribution to management
- Handle and expedite all incoming requests from franchisees
- Contact customers regarding past due accounts
- Complete special A / R projects as needed
