Position : Employee Benefits Account Manager
Compensation : $40,000–$60,000 / year
The James Allen Companies Inc. is partnering with a respected insurance agency to identify a licensed and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in group benefits who is passionate about client service and thrives in a collaborative environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing group benefits accounts and supporting clients with their Life and Health insurance needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships with clients and carriers.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee day-to-day servicing of group benefits accounts, including renewals, enrollments, and claims support.
Build and maintain strong client, carrier, and internal team relationships.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of plan documents and communications.
Work with multiple insurance carriers and TPAs to resolve issues and ensure timely policy issuance.
Coordinate with vendors to address billing concerns and direct employers to appropriate resources for claims support.
Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and product offerings.
Qualifications :
Active Life & Health insurance license.
1+ years of employee benefits account management experience.
Strong knowledge of group benefits products, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans.
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficiency with industry software and Microsoft Office Suite; HubSpot CRM experience is a plus.

Comfortable educating clients and assisting with enrollments.
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
