Position Summary :

We are seeking an Experienced Personal Injury Legal Assistant with a strong background in litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation — from case inception through trial.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and file legal documents including complaints, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and trial exhibits.
• Draft and proofread correspondence, pleadings, and settlement documents.
• Maintain and organize case files, discovery, and medical records.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Monitor court deadlines, manage attorney calendars, and schedule client meetings.
• Communicate with clients, court personnel, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
