HR Operations Organizational Effectiveness Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Organizational Effectiveness Manager to join our HR Resource Center team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process improvement and optimization initiatives, with a focus on increasing the adoption of self-service solutions. This role will work closely with HR stakeholders, business leaders, and technology teams to analyze, design, and implement process improvements for new and existing work to enhance the employee experience, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process Optimization : Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization across the HRRC, with a focus on streamlining workflows, reducing manual tasks, and increasing automation. Collaborate with HR stakeholders and business leaders to understand process pain points and develop solutions to address them. Design and implement process improvements that leverage technology, data analytics, and best practices.
• Self-Service Strategy and Adoption : Execute a self-service strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement self-service solutions that meet employee needs and improve HR service delivery. Drive adoption of self-service solutions through change management, communication, and training programs.
• HR Service Delivery : Work closely with HRRC teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure HR service delivery performance.
• Transition of Work to Shared Services : Lead the transition of identified work from within the sector HR teams into Tier 2 and Tier 3 shared service groups, ensuring a seamless handover of processes and responsibilities. Collaborate with HR stakeholders and business leaders to identify opportunities for work to be transitioned to shared services, and develop plans to execute these transitions. Develop and implement change management plans to ensure a smooth transition of work, and provide training and support to HR teams and business stakeholders as needed.
• Data Analysis and Insights : Analyze data and metrics to inform process improvement and optimization initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations to HR stakeholders and business leaders on process performance and opportunities for improvement.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range : $105835 - $179920. Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
