IT Support Technician (Part-Time, On-Call)

Schedule : ~8-15 hours / week. Must be available on-call with 24 hours' notice, Monday-Friday

We're looking for a dependable IT Support Technician to provide on-site, on-call support at our client's Santa Clara office. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of IT hardware and devices, who thrives in a flexible work environment and enjoys being the go-to resource when hands-on help is needed. You'll be stepping in as the local boots-on-the-ground support while collaborating with a remote IT team.

Position Overview

The IT Support Technician will serve as the on-site technical support resource for workstation equipment, mobile devices, and hardware inventory. You'll be contacted as needs arise-typically with at least 24 hours' notice-and will provide in-person support in coordination with remote IT team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person support at the Santa Clara office during assigned hours or on-call visits
• Coordinate with remote IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Support and troubleshoot mobile devices (iPhone, Android, iPad)
• Maintain and organize inventory of IT hardware and printer supplies
• Ensure prompt and professional support for ad-hoc technical needs
