We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a commitment to delivering good food. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking areas
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

    Requirements :

  • Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
  • Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
  • Previous prep or line cook experience.
  • Stands / walks 6 to 8 hours per shift.
  • Reaches, lifts and bends, frequently.
  • Ability to take direction.
  • Ability to read and write English.
  • Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
