Accounting Onboarding Specialist

Ideal Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA license or EA designation Experience at a CPA firm or public accounting experience Experience managing multiple clients Minimum 1 year accounting experience required Proficient in QuickBooks Online Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Responsibilities : Work directly with firm leadership in onboarding new clients Understand and assess new client financial and accounting problems and propose potential solutions Outline necessary steps to complete monthly accounting close Build client relationships and share insights via monthly calls Potential to supervise associate accountants in closing monthly financial results for new clients Establish new client reporting, including dashboards and visualizations, to summarize client business performance Perform monthly accounting classification and reconciliations, including implementation of any new finance and accounting technologies Benefits : Career Advancement Opportunities Generous Leave Policy 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off This is a remote opportunity Job Type : Full-time Pay : $80,000.
