$75k-$85k +10% Bonus
Louisville, KY
Lead a team of 10-15 technicians to maintain & optimize Distribution Center operations.
- Oversee work requests, assign tasks, & ensure project deadlines are met.
- Coach & develop team members, fostering a growth & safety-focused environment.
- Diagnose & troubleshoot equipment, building, & system failures, including automation & robotics.
- Recommend improvements for operational equipment & implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Utilize CMMS software & collaborate with internal & external partners to minimize operational impact.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience leading a maintenance technician team.
- 5+ years in large warehouse / distribution center maintenance; 3+ years supervising.
- Experience with building management systems & automated equipment (PLC, Motor controls, etc.)
- Knowledge of fire protection & electrical systems.
