Personal Injury Associate Attorney
Job description : Established and growing Chicago Plaintiff Personal Injury firm seeking an Associate Attorney for hire for Personal Injury law from filing of suit to trial - *(1+ years of personal injury experience required)*.
Candidate should be aggressive, motivated to take cases to trial, have expertise in client communication and ability to multi-task and excited to work on a diverse case load.
The position allows the attorney to work collaboratively with other trial attorneys in the office and pays salary, benefits, and *very competitive fee splitting for originated business.
There is no ceiling on the potential case bonuses for new business brought in.* Qualifications : *Who we are seeking : Candidate should be highly motivated and eager to handle multiple Plaintiff Personal Injury cases in both state and federal court from suit to trial.
Candidate should have a strong desire to litigate aggressively and take cases to trial.* Must be currently licensed to practice in Illinois.
This is an in-office position so candidate must be able to commute to downtown Chicago offices; however, work from home is offered over time with experience.
