Job description

A company is looking for a Director of Commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the commercialization and Go-to-Market workflow process for new product launches

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and expedite processes

Track key launch metrics and report progress to leadership while removing execution roadblocks

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in commercialization, product operations, or project management in CPG or related fields

Experience in retail, DTC, Amazon, and specialty channel dynamics

Proficient in project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday.com, or Asana

Experience working with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Regulatory teams

Proven ability to lead post-launch reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
