Schedule : Weekends Off
Salary : $16 - $19 per hour
Job Description : Pattern Promotions is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team.
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our database.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
