Overview

The Sr. Director Marketing role will support Margaritaville Vacation Club Marketing with direct oversight for set locations and alignment with other marketing leaders to drive optimal performance.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with local Marketing Support leaders (if applicable) on the opening of new locations
  • Brand immersion
  • Training for all agents
  • Continue to drive consistent expectations and brand unity
  • Partner with MGVC and SVP on strategic direction
  • Work with project management regarding Programs / Products
  • Direct management of Cruise marketing associates and Sr Manager of Sunset Walk
  • Partner with leaders at current locations to drive performance : Atlanta, St Thomas, Nashville, and any additional openings

Education

  • MGVC product knowledge

    • Knowledge And Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to multi task and make effective decisions that align with company’s direction

    • Technical Skills

  • Journey, Workstamp, MSFT Office

    • Job Experience

  • 5 years experience in Marketing Operations, Timeshare operations

    • Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

    Leadership and Scope

  • The Sr Director will elevate decisions that require immediate attention to SVP and make autonomous decisions when acting in direct field capacity.
  • Full decision-making authority while at sea with accountable report outs to SVP.
  • The decision-making ability of the Sr Director will be an integral part of maintaining our partnership with Margaritaville Vacation Club.
  • Direct Supervision of Sr Manager, Sunset Walk; liaison with Marketing leaders at other T+L Margaritaville Sales locations.
  • Responsible for growing the Brand and Sales Performance by a roughly 10% year over year.
