Key Responsibilities
Build and execute sourcing strategies that optimize for quality, speed, and diversity
Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and maintain candidate pipelines
Coordinate interviews and track funnel health to improve sourcing strategies
Required Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in high-growth or technical environments
Strong ability to identify and convert passive talent using multi-channel sourcing strategies
Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools and semantic search techniques
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking sourcing metrics
Experience sourcing for AI, engineering, or product roles is a plus
