Bison Energy, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Oustide Sales Representatives.
As a Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative solar energy solutions to residential customers.
With a generous commission structure, you have the potential to earn up to $8,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Knock on doors and engage with homeowners to introduce them to Bison Energy's solar energy solutions.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy and tailor pitch to address customers' specific needs and concerns.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customers' energy usage and provide accurate cost estimates for solar system installation.
- Manage a pipeline of leads and follow up with potential customers to schedule in-home consultations.
- Coordinate and conduct in-home consultations, providing detailed and compelling presentations on the advantages of solar energy.
- Negotiate contracts and secure agreements with customers, ensuring a smooth transition to our installation team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-installation support.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about current solar industry trends, product offerings, financing options, and government incentives.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and production goals.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Prior experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Ability to effectively engage and build rapport with homeowners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge or experience in the solar industry is a plus.
- Results-driven and self-motivated.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
