The Opportunity Are you passionate about empowering communities and driving positive change? PICO California is seeking a creative individual to serve as Multimedia Content Manager.

In this role, you will use your creativity to develop engaging digital and print materials. Responsibilities will include managing social media channels, supporting advocacy campaigns, and contributing to branding efforts.

Your creative skills will be essential in advancing our mission. What You’ll Be Doing : Drive our mission forward by crafting compelling social media content, impactful graphics, and persuasive copy that resonates and inspires our community Produce high-quality multimedia content encompassing social media, creative writing, audio recording, videography, photography, graphic and editorial design, motion design, and storytelling.

Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns that amplify marginalized voices and foster community engagement Create and execute strategies to amplify our cause visually, creating powerful imagery that communicates our message Connect the power of words to tell stories that advocate for change, from powerful testimonials to thought-provoking narratives that shed light on social issues and inspire action Work closely with our teams to ensure that our messaging is aligned with our values and effectively communicates the impact of our work Our Ideal Candidate : Minimal of 2 years of expertise in multimedia production, digital communications, and social media management Proficiency in industry-standard software and hardware for multimedia capture and production Strong storytelling, creative writing, and editorial skills Strategic thinking and project management experience Excellent collaborative and communication skills Commitment to continuous learning and understanding community organizing principles Knowledge of California’s legislative process, policy advocacy, or robust capacity for rapid skill acquisition Why Join Us Meaningful Impact : Contribute to a mission-driven organization that positively impacts our community.

Compensation and Benefits PICO California is committed to diversity in our staff. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including the flexibility of a hybrid role, 100% employer-paid health, vision, and dental for staff members and dependents, and a robust 401k plan.

Generous paid time off, including holidays, to complement our supportive and collaborative culture. Salary Range-$80,000-$90,000.
