Responsibilities
The Accounts Payable Clerk must be detail-oriented who works toward improving processes and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Enter payables and process payments for four companies.
Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accuracy of data entry.
Reconcile vendor statements to vendor in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any invoice or payment issues.
Ensure W-9 compliance.
Assist with year-end 1099 processing.
Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed Benefits.
