Digital Bindery Operator

Pay Rate : $16-$20 per hour Shifts Available : First and Second

As a Digital Bindery Operator, you'll play a vital role in our print manufacturing environment, focusing on cost reduction, exceeding client expectations, and maintaining a safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and maintain multiple pieces of bindery equipment
• Make adjustments to machines per job instructions
• Meet and exceed production standards while ensuring customer quality requirements
• Communicate job status, production concerns, and machine issues
• Troubleshoot problems and develop corrective actions
• Foster teamwork among team members and between shifts
• Perform equipment cleaning tasks and attend equipment operator meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more repeatedly
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions for machine setup and operation
• Good interpersonal skills for effective interaction with team members
• Reliability demonstrated through attendance, punctuality, and staying in the work area
• Experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train those eager to learn
