Position : Armed Security Officer.
Job Description :
- Part-Time. Friday, Saturday, Sunday (9pm to 5am)
- Location : Halsted Street SSA, Chicago
- Pay Rate : $18-20 Hourly.

Position Summary :
We are currently seeking experienced Armed Security Officers to work as SSA Officers on a detail, team of 6 Officers. Security Officers that have the desire to be successful and demonstrate great leadership skills, great organizational skills, are detail-oriented, articulate, and exemplify excellent customer service.
Candidates must also be available to work weekends and holidays. Must have reliable transportation. Also, must have a reliable working cell phone.
About the Job :
- We are looking for a fit and attentive Security Officer to ensure that our client's property and assets are protected.
- The Security Officers are responsible for patrolling the area, maintaining a visual deterrent while enforcing our clients' policies and state law.
- Arrest and detain in the event of a crime happening in your presence.
Security Officer Responsibilities :
- Make guests aware of rules that must be adhered to.
- Remove trespassers or unwanted individuals from the property.
- Contact the relevant authorities if a crime is committed or an accident occurs.
- Report to supervisors regularly.
- Record any suspicious activities with the supervisor.
- Maintain daily activity reports.
- Write incident reports as necessary.
- You must be alert and professional.
Security Officer Requirements :
- A high school qualification or equivalent.
- State PERC License, FOID, and Armed 230 Training.
- Basic first aid skills would be advantageous.
- Physical strength and fitness.
- Prior experience as a Security Guard would be advantageous.
- Attention to detail.
- Must have a firearm, duty belt, and all your armed licenses up to date.
- Must have a working phone that is NFC compatible.
- Must have open availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (9pm to 5am).
