Client Associate
A fast-growing Cybersecurity company near Tyson’s Corner, Virginia is hiring a team of Client Service Associates to assist users with a number of inquiries.
Type of role : Direct Hire
Location : Mclean, VA metro accessible, in office full time, no remote options
Compensation : $38-42k depending on experience + benefits
Main Duties :
- Resolving client inquires in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner through telephone, email, and live chat functions
- Working with clients that have difficult situations and concerns
- Assisting clients and members on setting up accounts to protect sensitive information
- Responsible for handling sensitive information and data
- Providing excellent customer service to members
