Job Overview

Martin Luther Care Center is seeking a ursing Assistant / Registered (CNA / NAR) to support our residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility (Transitional Care and Long term care)! This role provides hands on care and support services for our senior age patients at our spacious care center in Bloomington, MN.

• This patient support position includes;

32 hours every two weeks

Evening Shift

Includes every other weekend (Saturday / Sunday) and holiday rotations

Required :

Active as Nursing Assistant, Registered (NAR) on the MDH Nursing Assistant Registry by start date - OR- Individual who is hired into Ebenezer's Nursing Assistant Course or Ebenezer's Pre-CNA job for Nursing Assistants; will be granted a 4-month post hire to become active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.

Preferred :

Ability to work with a diverse and geriatric population

Communicate efficiently, with compassion and understanding for residents and coworkers

Experience working as a HHA, PCA, DSP, NA, Resident Assistant

Work experience in a customer service setting
