Job description

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys and claims professionals by providing clerical and research support services

Draft legal documents and perform research and analysis on legal sources

Maintain reporting on litigated matters and assist with document production for litigation

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Paralegal certificate required

Workers' Compensation experience required

Previous insurance industry related experience preferred
