We arecurrently seeking a friendly and customeroriented individual tojoin our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).
As a CSRat Engineous Group Inc you will be the primary point of contact forour valued customers ensuring their satisfaction and addressingtheir inquiries and concerns in a professional and timelymanner.
In this role you will handle a variety ofcustomer service tasks including answering incoming callsresponding to emails and live chats processing orders and returnsand resolving customer issues.
You will also maintain accurate anduptodate customer records and contribute to improving our overallcustomer serviceexperience.

- Managelargeamountsof incoming calls
- Generate salesleads
- Identify and assess customers needs toachieve satisfaction
- Build sustainablerelationships and trust with customer accounts through open andinteractive communication
- Provide accuratevalid and complete information by using the rightmethods / tools
- Meet personal / customer serviceteamsales targets and call handlingquotas
- Handle customer complaints provideappropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records ofcustomer interactions process customer accounts and filedocuments
- Follow communication proceduresguidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile toengagecustomers
