As a CSRat Engineous Group Inc you will be the primary point of contact forour valued customers ensuring their satisfaction and addressingtheir inquiries and concerns in a professional and timelymanner.
In this role you will handle a variety ofcustomer service tasks including answering incoming callsresponding to emails and live chats processing orders and returnsand resolving customer issues.
You will also maintain accurate anduptodate customer records and contribute to improving our overallcustomer serviceexperience.
