Job Title : Marketing Assistant (Onsite in Greenwood Village, CO) Local Candidates Only
Overview : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Marketing Assistant. This position is a unique blend of marketing and project management responsibilities, requiring the ability to keep projects on track and on time while managing confidential information until it's ready for public release.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project and traffic management, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information until projects are ready for public release.
- Assist in developing creative briefs and managing requests for the creative team.
- Utilize project management tools such as Asana to organize tasks, track progress, and communicate with team members.
- Review drafts from the creative team to ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements before sending for final approval.
- Proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks or delays in project timelines, and collaborate with team members to find solutions.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, milestones, and any changes to deadlines or requirements.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Must be willing to work 5 days / week onsite in Greenwood Village, CO - local candidates only
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Experience working with creative teams and managing creative projects is highly desirable.
