We are actively seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who possesses strong technical acumen and is well-versed in cutting-edge marketing and communications technologies.
This individual will lead marcomms technology and data initiatives, aligning them with the digital strategy of a
large-scale federal government client. As a Marketing Operations Specialist , you will :
Communicate and collaborate with a federal client and IT vendors to address technology-related business requirements.
Develop technology-focused recommendations to enhance performance, customer engagement and experience.
Monitor program performance, identify inefficiencies, and seek opportunities for digital innovation.
Evaluate strategies, tools, and processesrelated to customer data management.
Advise on system enhancements to optimize the effectiveness of customer data collection and management.
Advise on strategies to enhance customers’ experience in receiving and accessing data and information.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree
Three (3) years’ experience performing business process improvement
Three (3) years’ experience using analytical techniques and principles
Three (3) years’ experience working with marketing and communications technologies and platforms such as GovDelivery, Webex, X,Facebook, and YouTube
Three (3) years’ experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce and Hubspot
Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance (federal government background check)

Understanding of industry trends and ability to keep up to date with technologies
