Aylo Health is growing and we are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Market Director for our South Market which spans Henry and Rockdale counties!

JOB SUMMARY :

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Market Director is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and operational performance of a defined market of primary care clinics for Aylo Health. This role ensures efficient clinic operations, high-quality patient care, financial performance, and an exceptional employee and provider experience across multiple sites through the supervision of Practice managers and by fostering a culture that reflects Aylo values and Mission.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily operations for all primary care clinics across a designated market.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
• Implement standardized workflows and optimize resource allocation.
• Monitor and improve clinical quality measures to ensure comprehensive and preventative care of patients.
• Subject matter expert with the ability to fill in as a practice manager on an interim basis if needed.
