Job Details :

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Permanent Vice President of Sales to join our leadership team in the fast-paced technology industry.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, data-driven, and have a proven track record in leading sales growth, particularly in High-Performance Computing, Solid State Storage, and Modular Memory.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals and drive sales growth. Leading sales for North America and Europe.

2. Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.

3. Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.

4. Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.

5. Meet with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.

6. Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.

7. Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

8. Direct product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line.

9. Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product.

10. Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.

11. Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales-related units.

12. Assist other departments within the organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.

13. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers to sell new advertising programs, and to protect and increase existing advertising.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. An MBA is a plus.

2. Minimum of 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the technology industry.

3. Must have a background in complex and technical sales, working with engineering at customers

4. Must have SSD experience, ideally with some semiconductor memory products (e.g.SK, Intel, Micron, Toshiba, Western Digital, Kioxia) will consider other semiconductor IC products.

Experience with IP sales is a plus

5. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

6. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.

7. Exceptional negotiation skills.

8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

9. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.

10. Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.

11. Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts.
