Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team for a busy, growing financial firm. You will be required to support clients, Financial Advisors and the managing partners. Strong communication, computer and organizational skills are a must and financial / broker dealer knowledge is preferred. This is a full time position in the office.
Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, filing, processing paperwork, placing various office orders etc . The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
