One of our direct end clients is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Developer with expertise in Flutter to join their dynamic team in the Chicago area.
As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using the Flutter framework.
You will collaborate closely with the design and engineering teams to create innovative, user-friendly, and scalable mobile solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Design and develop advanced mobile applications using Flutter framework & Dart.
- NET Application development using software best practices.
- Proficient in .NET framework and C# for building scalable applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize application performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- years of professional experience in mobile application development.
- Proficiency in Dart programming language.
- Extensive experience with Flutter framework and its ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with RESTful APIs integration and third-party libraries.
- Solid knowledge of mobile UI / UX design principles and guidelines.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with native mobile development (iOS / Android).
- Contributions to open-source Flutter projects.
- Published apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
This position is a Contract to Hire role with a Hybrid work schedule in the Chicago area. Candidate must join JBA as a W2 employee for 6 months after which the end-client may hire them as a FT employee.
