About The Role

You're the force-multiplier for our executive benchkeeping calendars clean, travel airtight, meetings purposeful, and follow-through flawless. You'll own the executive rhythm (time, travel, touchpoints), orchestrate board logistics, and turn decisions into timely actions across functions. Key Responsibilities

Executive Rhythm & Time Management

  • Own complex, multi-time-zone calendars; protect focus blocks and de-conflict priorities.
  • Build travel that works : smart routing, holds, changes on the fly, and tidy expense wrap-up.
  • Anticipate needs; prep materials and brief execs so they walk in ready.

Meetings, Offsites & Board Support

  • Drive the meeting lifecycle : agenda ? pre-reads ? facilitation support ? notes ? action tracker ? owners & due dates.
  • Coordinate executive offsites and leadership summits (venue, AV, run-of-show).
  • Lead board / investor logistics (calendar holds, prep timelines, book travel, secure rooms / NDAs); partner on materials packaging and distribution.
  • Communication & Cross-Functional Liaison

  • Draft / update exec communications, summaries, and follow-ups in clear, concise language.
  • Serve as point of contact with internal leaders and external partnersprofessional, timely, discreet.
  • Admin, Finance & Ops Hygiene

  • Process expenses
  • Maintain confidential files; uphold impeccable judgment and security practices.
  • Projects & "Whatever-It-Takes"

  • Run small cross-functional projects (checklists, RACI, timelines) to land outcomes on time.
  • Provide light personal logistics when it directly impacts business travel / availability.
  • What You Bring

    5+ years supporting multiple senior executives (C-Suite or SVP+ preferred). Elite calendar / travel chops; calm in turbulence and excellent judgment under time pressure. Clear writer and communicator ; you turn ambiguity into next steps. Tools fluency : MS Office, Teams / Zoom, DocuSign, SharePoint (or similar). Discretion and integrity handling sensitive information; relationship-builder who gets things done.

    Nice To Have

    Board meeting support experience (materials cadence, logistics). Event / offsite planning. Experience with distributed, travel-heavy leadership teams. Basic project management training / certification (or equivalent experience).

    Compensation

    The base salary range for this remote role is $88,000$110,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
