Key Responsibilities
Enhance marketing offerings by developing integrated insights from data to shape commercial strategy
Create and execute annual market research and analytics plans in alignment with brand strategy
Conduct advanced analytics to inform brand planning, promotional resource allocation, and marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
8-12 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry (6-8 years with a Master's)
Previous marketing, marketing science, or omnichannel experience preferred
Experience with commercial / brand analytics and statistical packages (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS)
Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources and patient / HCP insights
Experience in developing analyses with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlikview, SQL)
