Email Marketing Coordinator
Our client, a private Boston university, is looking for a Email Marketing Coordinator to join their team for a 4-6 month assignment!
This role will require you to be onsite 5 days a week in Boston.
As the Email Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting the digital engagement team with intake, creating, proofing and deployment of email communications.
In addition you will be asked to :
Help write, design, and build content across multiple communications channels
including email, social media, and websites.
Aid in the management of the internal email calendar to avoid audience overlap and exhaustion
The ideal candidate will have :
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a marketing or email marketing role
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and experience working with a CMS
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Must be detail- and deadline-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple daily tasks
- Familiarity with an email marketing program e.g., Anthology Encompass / iModules, Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, etc.
