VISION : Profitable, expanding CPG manufacturer and distributor of branded products serving primarily North American markets.

Company has strong relations with retailers and end customers. Sustainability, quality and customer happiness drive success.

Lead evolution, have P / L responsibilities and expand authority. Report to CEO. Looking for upside potential.

OPPORTUNITY : Product development, product quality and marketing are key drivers for the sustained success. Initially learn the business with heaviest accent on strategic marketing and product innovation.

Validate that business plans based on company goals will secure or exceed profitable sales and market share growth, lead brand awareness, and develop innovative products.

Quick overview is as follows :

Strategy & Goals : Develops goals, strategies, and initiatives, as well as set KPIs that support the overall company strategic plan and brand growth.

Be a key contributor on executive team and make presentations to Board level.

Marketing : Oversee marketing and brand strategy to develop messaging and imagery consistent across all consumer touchpoints;

lead creative development of multi-year brand campaigns. Emphasis is on grocery, hospitality, food service, and ecommerce.

Channel Growth : Oversee initiatives with top customers to develop and execute on meaningful shopper marketing, social media, or e-commerce programs to drive sales and consumer engagement.

Partner on customer development and account management strategy.

Strategic Sourcing : Organic ingredients are sourced globally. Maintain long term vendor relationships; negotiate pricing / purchase contracts in conjunction with supply chain;

and assist in the identification of new suppliers to ensure quality and availability.

  • Product Development & Quality : Prioritize development of new products to support the growth objectives. Ensure safety and quality meet the highest standards and 3rd party compliance is attained
  • Organizational Development : Be proactive on succession planning, recruitment, performance management, and career development to support continued growth
  • REQUIREMENTS : BS required; MBA a plus. Seek 12+ years of business experience with last 6+ years consumer products. Must have led marketing;

partnered closely with product development and quality; and contributed on strategy and business growth. Ideal candidate was groomed by a major consumer products corporation (e.

g., Dannon, General Mills, Kraft, Mars, PepsiCo, Unilever) and then became an executive in a $100M to $400M CPG manufacturer.

Must be willing to travel as required. This is NOT a Hybrid or virtual role.

SALARY : $240,000 to $270,000 DOE plus 25% bonus, LTIP, excellent benefits, and upside to SVP
