Our clients are in the Heavy Civil construction industry and are looking for individuals who are ready to take on a pivotal role in turning ambitious construction projects into reality.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator in Heavy Civil construction.

In-depth understanding of heavy civil construction materials, methods, and regulations.

Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software, including :

• HCSS HeavyBid
• HCSS HeavyJob
• BidNet Estimator
• Viewpoint Estimating
• Primavera

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Adept at working both independently and as part of a team.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

You may stand out even more with :

• Experience with building information modeling (BIM) software.
• Certification from professional organizations like the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) International.
• Experience in a specific type of heavy civil project, such as roads, mining, bridges, or water and wastewater systems.

Knowledge and Skills :

• As a Heavy Civil Estimator, you should have a strong grasp of the following :
• Cost engineering principles.
• Risk management.
• Scheduling.
• Procurement.
