Marketing Client Associate
We are currently seeking a dedicated Marketing Client Associate to join our team in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining client management systems, educating clients on account services, assisting with the preparation of reports and materials for client meetings, and coordinating team marketing events.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Management : Keep client management systems up-to-date with accurate information to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Client Education : Educate clients on available account services and procedures to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
- Meeting Support : Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and materials for client meetings to facilitate productive discussions.
- Documentation Handling : Gather and organize required documentation for account opening and service requests in compliance with regulations.
- Marketing Assistance : Plan team marketing events, maintain marketing materials, and contribute to marketing strategy development for client attraction and retention.
- Activity Coordination : Provide the team with detailed activity calendars, including client meetings and marketing events, for effective planning and coordination.
Requirements :
- Hold series 7 and 66 licenses (for registered CSAs only).
- Ideally possess 3-5 years of client service experience in the finance sector.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
