Job description

About the Role Our client is seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. As the frontline, CSRs play a vital role in improving access to healthcare by assisting callers with ADA Core Services and other disability-based programs.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent placement after 3 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls using an automatic dialer system (approx. 80 calls / day)
  • Assist members, clients, and facilities with eligibility verification and transportation coordination
  • Perform data entry, process picture IDs, and manage customer requests
  • Provide reception and administrative support
  • Maintain accurate records, scan documents, and manage filing systems
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Support special projects and maintain daily scheduling for eligibility staff
  • Track and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience (any industry)
  • Experience with high-volume calls preferred
  • Must have a dedicated workspace and 30mbps internet speed (no hotspots)
  • Must not be in a caretaking role during work hours
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable with both customer-facing and administrative tasks

  • The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00 / hr.
