Summary of Position : Serves as support for the National & Global Adult Education Budget Office and assists with hospitality & reception services for the Chancellor suite.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for guests in the Chancellor suite by managing the front desk and assisting with hospitality and building events as needed
- Develop and process journal entries supporting the work of the Budget Team, including department adjustments, Course Merchant / ACI payment entries and other entries as assigned
- Serve as building contact with the Regional Management team. Provide support with room scheduling in 25Live, coordinating external group room rentals, updating digital signage in lobby, and tracking building maintenance requests
- Responsible to record invoices in ERP system to account for tenant rental contract payments, Talent Ladder revenue arrangements, and other expected revenue agreements
- Provide daily payment reports for credit card and ACH receipts to Student Account Services for receipt by Cashiers in ERP system
- Responsible for tracking of the N&G Mini-Grant program and managing the related reimbursement requests. Will also manage reimbursement requests related to the International Student Program residency
- Other duties as assigned

Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some college work preferred, but not required
Experience
One to three (1-3) years previous business office experience
Required Skills
- Advanced oral and written communication
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with a variety of office technology, word processing, and spreadsheets (MS Office). Ability to work independently
