We are looking for hard working, self-motivated applicants who want to hone their craft in the kitchen and learn from a professional culture and environment! We are open three days per week.

Minimum Requirements Include :
- 1-3 years experience in a kitchen;
- Strong knife skills;
- A positive attitude;
- Must be a team player;
- Cleanliness; and
- Food and Safety Certification
Responsibilities Include :
- Pre-service food preparation;
- Preparing and plating dishes during dinner service;
- Tracking food inventory;
- Keeping a clean and professional workspace; and
- Closing the kitchen after dinner service.
