Personal Family Assistant / Household Manager

Overview :
Responsible for daily operations of the CMO’s personal life and his family. Manage the CMO’s schedule and family. Manage the family home inside and surroundings outside of the home and respond to the family’s daily needs.
Essentially, keeps things running smoothly in the home and for the family’s schedule. The position is mainly onsite in the family’s home.
Proactively checking and looking to see what is needed outside of detailed duties. Most common duties include managing the household, coordinating travel, handling household billing, and driving children to appointments / extracurricular activities.
The desired candidate will be intuitive, detail-oriented and maintain a mindset with the desire to serve. Our goal is to fill this position with someone who is seasoned in the field and to help the CMO to innovate the next chapter of his life and his legacy.
Essential Duties :
- Schedule Maid service and manage what home needs for cleaning & laundry for the family : Mondays and Fridays.
- Grocery & personal shopping- proactive to see what family needs weekly Mondays & Fridays before the weekend. Drive kids to and from school and extracurricular activities when needed
- Shopping for gifts or other items the family needs for home or personal use when requested
- Light routine cleaning in between maid service of bathrooms, rooms, and kitchen daily- counters wiped, dishes to be done daily before leaving home at end of the day.
- Routine Errands for home and family weekly when needed
- Manage the home and maintain upkeep while the family is away or traveling
- Schedule travel, manage scheduling and calendars for the CMO and family
- Household billing, wire transfers, repairs & maintenance & scheduling
- Maintaining all vehicles’ service and cleanings.
- Track all charges and expenses made to manage the upkeep of the home and report to the family
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of relevant Executive assistance.
- 3-5 years of personal assistance experience required.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Valid Driver’s license and clean motor vehicle report
- Must be willing to travel (15%).

- Someone who thrives in a very fast-paced autonomous work environment who can adapt to change quickly.
