Job descriptionReceive and verify vendor invoices Code invoices to correct accounts Perform check runs as needed Maintain vendor files Month-end closing - accruals Other office administrative duties as needed HS Diploma with 2 years Accounting / AR experience; preferred an Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting with minimal experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and formulas and accounting software Ability to easily navigate Windows based software as well as office copier Ability to think logically, strategically to support business objectives Effective written and verbal communication skills Organized and good with time management to ensure tasks are completed on time Entry level Full-time Accounting / Auditing and Finance Truck Transportation
