Medical Billing Manager - Hilliard, OH Location

Are you an experienced Billing Manager looking to take the next step in your career? An exciting opportunity has arisen with an Acloché client in Hilliard who is seeking a talented individual to join their team!

Position : Billing Manager

• Shift : 1st shift hours 8 am to 430pm
• Pay : $25.00 based on experience

Position Summary :

• Review & correct any processes for claims / hospital on a daily basis
• Summary Primary Responsibilities :
• Work all claim denials
• Answer all billing phone calls / questions
• Pre-certify procedures, surgeries, etc.
• Set up OB Prepay plans.
• Discuss with patients account balances, set up payment plans
• Prepare check-in patient worklist for next days business
• Review previous day's patient worklist and address any errors with front desk staff
• Manage front desk staff
• Correspond with patients visits, and insurance
• Post payments
• Work patient collection accounts per office protocol
• Additional duties as needed

Qualifications :

• Certification for Coding / Billing from accredited association
• Experience with OB / GYN billing and coding

• Time management ability to effectively set priorities and complete tasks
