IRST Production Operations Senior Manager

You will be the IRST Production Operations Senior Manager for the Infrared Search and Track team. Our team is responsible for leading operations execution of complex defense programs.

As the IRST Production Operations Senior Manager you will be responsible for ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex defense products.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Operations Leadership : devise and implement execution strategies, objectives, and deliverables aligned with program requirements.
• Production Operations Management : oversee scope, schedule, budget, and risk; monitor progress and drive corrective actions.
• Stakeholder Management : serve as primary liaison for internal and external functional partners and key stakeholders.
• Team Leadership : mentor direct reports, foster a collaborative high-performance culture, and support all production teams.
• Financial & Risk Management : own budgets and forecasts, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate program risks.
