Principal Customer Experience Program Manager

We are looking for a Principal Customer Experience Program Manager to lead and drive a new wave of Agentic AI capabilities. This role is an opportunity to leverage and grow your existing product management experience in an innovative and highly collaborative environment where the results of your work will matter to Microsoft and Microsofts customers.
Success in this role requires a technical and analytical background, plus the ability to collaborate with both customer and engineering teams. You should develop a clear vision and strategy, clarify requirements, and balance technical understanding with business goals. Collaboration, communication, and coordination skills are essential.
In this role, you will collaborate to fulfill product goals and requirements, drive deliverables, and coordinate the overall project / release plan. We immensely value culture, mentorship, and acting as a unified team.
