These experiences are designed to engage our members and guests in learning and collaboration, and take form in both programs and events

Your Responsibilities Include

• Sourcing and developing programming ideas and opportunities.
• Coordinating details with program partners as opportunity is finalized.
• Preparing and launching opportunity for registration on our web platform.
• Coordinating efforts with Community Director to promote.
• Managing registration process throughout the enrollment process, providing updates to program partner or instructor.
• Providing day-of set up and support to program partners or instructors.
• Conducting post-program analysis and provide reporting to program partners or instructors.
• Continuously improving the programmatic aspect of Learning Lab Wichita, seeking opportunities to streamline efficiencies and increase impact.
• Support Stand Together local initiative team with program and event support.

Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

• Must be proactive, highly organized, and detail oriented.
• Ability to ideate alongside program partners or instructors to find the win-win engagement opportunity.
• Ability to problem solve quickly.
• Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs.
