Accounts Receivable Specialist

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their Finance Shared Services team.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform daily collections for past-due invoices and manage customer billing

Assist with system automation and troubleshooting to improve work efficiencies

Provide reporting support to the Treasury department and contribute to documentation compliance

Qualifications :

Proven experience managing full-cycle Accounts Receivable and customer billing functions

Strong understanding of debits and credits related to Accounts Receivable

Comfortable working with ERP and business intelligence systems

Able to multitask in a multi-entity, multi-system environment

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
