Role Summary :

The Operations Specialist will play a key role in driving operational performance and scaling strategic initiatives that enable efficient, high-quality service delivery. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this individual will manage cross-functional projects, implement process improvements, and provide data-driven insights to strengthen areas such as member support, vendor engagement, and internal team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Licensure & Compliance Support

  • Own and maintain provider licensure processes; prior licensure experience not required, training provided.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met and documentation is kept accurate and up to date.

Operational Processes

  • Support the design and execution of operational programs that improve workflows and service delivery.
  • Track key metrics and provide reporting to leadership.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with clinical, support, and internal teams to align on deliverables and resolve issues.
  • Create feedback loops to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Process & Project Support

  • Assist with process improvements and scalability initiatives.
  • Document workflows and help build scalable systems as the company grows.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in program or operations management with proven success in leading projects, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable influencing across teams.
  • Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or healthcare environment a plus.
