- Develop test cases for functional, UAT testing, resolution of reported defects and perform integration testing using sample data;
- Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems;
- Assists with report configuration and maintenance, as needed;
- Participates in Agile and SAFe® ceremonies and produces deliverables associated with the goals to deliver value;
- Requirements gathering;
- Troubleshoot technical issues through all phases of SDLC;
- Resolve complex IT issues;
- Maintain and optimize the environment;
- Provide testing for new applications;
- Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable off the shelf application or custom-built technology solutions to meet business needs;
- Participate in ongoing planning and review related to active projects and tasks and report to senior leadership;
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform;
- Create of script based Assignment and Approval rule;
- Performs System and integration testing with sample / live data with Support Services team;
- Render forms, lists, UI Pages, and many other things in Service-now.com with the help of Jelly.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field;
- 1+ years of ServiceNow experience;
- Experience developing test scripts and plans;
- Self-motivator with the ability to work through stakeholder requests which have high ambiguity;
- Experience working on an agile team;
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
